Nikki Brierley

For the past 25 years I have been working with individuals and groups who are enhancing their health and wellbeing. I have over 10 years experience within the NHS, 4 years of which have been in a dual role within an Adult Community Eating Disorder Service. I also provide private sessions, for those ready to explore and make positive changes.

More recently I have commenced working with the University of Bolton (MSc/PGDip Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies), as an Approved External Supervisor.

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and HCPC registered Dietitian. I have also completed certified training in various movement styles including yoga, pilates, exercise to music and dance.
